To Place An Order
We gladly accept orders over the phone or our website. Please note that you may place an order on our website 24 hrs a day, while phone orders are only taken during operating hours.
Special Order Parts:
Certain parts are non-refundable and/or non-returnable at our discretion. If you would like to know whether or not this is the case with the item(s) you are ordering, please ask. Please be advised, if you are ordering a part with specific colors or design, you may be ordering a Special Order Part. As these parts are made after you order, by our vendor, please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for delivery. We have no control over the stock or manufacturing time it takes for our vendors. Please take this into account when ordering your Special Orders. Special order parts are non-refundable.
Prices and Availability
Please know that prices are subject to change on all parts and services, and that the availability of the parts on our site is subject to change. F-Body Motorsports reserves the right to change prices without notice and to discontinue products and services without notice. We do our best to keep our website up to date with current prices and available products, but it is possible for certain items to not be up to date. Many times we do not become aware that a part is unavailable until we receive an order for it. We DO NOT stock every item on our site, so please take that into consideration upon ordering. We carry parts for two vehicles over 20 years - 40 years worth of parts. Because of this, certain items can take longer than others.
All orders being billed to an address in the state of North Carolina will be charged 8% sales tax. All other orders are exempt from this tax. No exceptions.
For your convenience F-Body Motorsports accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Your bank statement should show a charge from Mike's Camaro Parts, our sister company. Your card IS NOT charged immediately from the website. Shipping charges are added and the card is manually processed by us.
Money Orders and Certified Checks
Money orders and certified checks are accepted and treated the same as cash. Please note that our preferred form of payment is by credit card, which will allow us to process your order more quickly and efficiently.
Personal checks will be accepted at our discretion. We reserve the right to hold personal checks for as long as 15 days pending clearance. We do not recommend this form of payment if you have the capability of using one of our other payment methods.
Cash will be accepted for orders made in person. DO NOT mail cash as payment for an order. This policy is for the protection of our buyers.
Shipping charges ARE NOT included on your online order. They will be added while your order is processed. Our minimum shipping charge is $10 - which includes handling fees. Please understand that no matter how small the part you are ordering is, we reserve the right to charge the minimum shipping charge of $10. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless another shipper is requested by the customer. We will attempt to satifsy the request of any customer but please understand that we reserve the right to deny your request. We are only capable of shipping via UPS in-house, so please note that asking for another carrier may delay your order. All out-of-country orders can be charged additionally for any shipping costs incured to get the product to us before shipment.
Your credit card will be charged once shipping is added to your order. When the credit card payment clears, your order will be shipped if the parts are in stock. If the items are not in stock, they will be ordered immediately.
Some parts such as hoods, spoilers, doors, etc., are too large to ship by UPS. These parts must be shipped by truck freight. These items will require additional shipping and packaging charges. Please refer to the item description for more details. Feel free to contact us for a quote. A fee of $45 will be added to any hood order to cover boxing fees. Please note this is out of our control, we are charged this by our suppliers.
This is an option. The customer must specify if they wish to have their parts insured. The customer is responsible for the additional fees required to insure the parts.
As stated in our Pricing and Availability section, due to the volume of parts we supply we do not stock all of our products. Many parts are ordered from the manufacturer when we receive an order for them. Please note that this is out of our control. We will make every effort to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Refunds are given at our discretion. Refunds must be requested within 15 days of the shipping date. When a request is made it must be approved by management. Refunds will only be considered only for new parts. Parts damaged during shipping will not be refunded by F-Body Motorsports unless insurance was paid for by the customer; all other claims must be made with the shipping carrier. Refunds are issues on a case by case basis, and F-Body Motorsports reserves the right to deny any refund. Special order parts are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking/processing fee for cancellations and returns
If we have charged your credit card we reserve the right to charge up to a 25% processing fee for cancellations. Please note that we incur a merchant fee for every credit card transaction we make, including refunds.
Handling fees are included in the shipping costs of all items. Large items such as hoods, spoilers, fenders, etc. require large boxes and extra packaging, which is the reason handling/boxing fees may be applied. Please refer to the item description of the specific part your are ordering to see if this applies.
